As a brand grows, it's easy to keep adding products without stepping back to ask what each one is actually doing for the collection. A bigger range isn't always a stronger one.
I work with brands to review what's already in the range, looking at what's performing well, where the gaps are and where the range has become more complicated than it needs to be.

Questions

I'm not sure what stage my product is at. Where do I start?
That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for.
We'll spend 30 minutes getting to know each other, talking about where you're at and what you're hoping to achieve. I’ll help identify what needs attention next and, if I’m the right person to support you, recommend the most appropriate way to work together.
I've already started developing or sampling. Can you still help?
Yes. You don't need to start the development process with me.
I can review what you've already done, understand where the project is up to and step in where specialist technical support is needed. That might be a fit issue, construction problem, technical documentation, factory communication or simply helping you work out the most sensible next step.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A MANUFACTURER BEFORE WE WORK TOGETHER?
Not necessarily. Some technical design and development work can begin before a manufacturer is confirmed.
However, your manufacturer will ultimately play an important role in sampling, sourcing and production, so I’ll be clear about what can sensibly be completed now and what should wait until your factory is involved.
Can you work directly with my factory?
Yes, where it's included within the agreed scope of work.
I regularly communicate directly with factories to clarify technical details, review fit comments, resolve development issues and keep projects moving.
The level of factory involvement depends on the service you've engaged me for and will always be agreed before work begins.
Do you source factories?
Factory sourcing isn't a service I currently offer.
My focus is on helping brands develop better products and stronger development processes. If you're already working with a manufacturer, I can help you get the best possible outcome from that relationship.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH YOU?
It depends on the type and scope of support you need.
You’ll find guide pricing for Product Development services on this page, along with mentoring and project starting points. Once I understand your project, I’ll confirm the recommended scope and cost before any work begins.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. Most of my work is done remotely with brands across Australia and internationally.
We can work via Google Meet, Slack, email and shared documents, including live virtual fit sessions. Where appropriate, I also offer in-person support within Melbourne or by arrangement.
